Dale went to the State Prison in Tecumseh to talk with 34 year old, JEREMY HERMAN, who has spent more than half his life in prison serving a life sentence for his role in a 1992 kidnapping and murder of a 17 year old in Omaha. A U.S. Supreme Court decision enables Herman to be eligible for parole in 6 months. He will be a free man next year.
